  • Founder

    Annie is a management consultant advising businesses, schools, and nonprofits on organizational strategy, leadership development, and program design. Annie has led a variety of public and private sector projects, including support for public schools in Indiana, youth sports nonprofits in Boston, and large companies in California. As a team leader, strategist, and coach, Annie utilizes her experiences in education, business, and athletics to facilitate inclusive and inspiring planning processes. Her ability to work across sectors and with diverse leaders stems from years of advising organizations and teams, playing Division I college basketball, and teaching elementary students. Annie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Journalism and African American History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a former Big Ten Conference athlete and member of the San Francisco Olympic Club Women’s National Basketball team. Annie currently serves as Vice President of the Olympic Club Foundation Board of Directors in San Francisco and Vice Chair for Playworks in Northern California.

  • Senior Strategist

    Bryanna Brown is a strategic planner with business, nonprofit, and product marketing expertise. She is experienced in project management, organizational change, and digital product creation and product lifecycle management processes. Her previous work experiences include K-12 school management, education policy and consulting, school operations, cross-organizational collaboration, and community outreach. Bryanna earned an MBA at Washington University in St. Louis.

  • Senior Strategist

    Dr. Jeffrey Hunt is an equity-focused leader, teacher, and life-long learner based in central California. With over 25 years in education, he remains dedicated to fostering business and educational environments where students and clients alike can thrive. Dr. Hunt is an Executive Leadership Coach, charter school developer, leader, and champion for measuring and improving organizational outcomes. He works closely with organizational leaders to ensure they are equipped to meet the unique needs of a diverse and complex client base. Jeff holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Arkansas and an MA from California State University-Fresno.

  • Strategy Associate

    Ariana is an educator and coach with a passion for inclusive education and equitable leadership opportunities. She began her career in education as a 5th-grade teacher and Instructional Coach (Gifted & Talented/Differentiation), serving schools in North Carolina and in now Colorado. Ariana is passionate about using culturally responsive and restorative justice practices in her classroom, as well as relevant and meaningful learning experiences for all students. Leveraging her strengths in collaboration, communication, and facilitation, she empowers all of her students to reach their full potential. Ariana has a BA in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  • Senior Strategist

    Anthony is a collaborative and inclusive data-driven leader with experience in the development of policy and strategy initiatives. Anthony has led research and community engagement initiatives to inform education, civic engagement, and poverty alleviation initiatives. He has crafted policy recommendations for city and state legislators around public safety, economic revitalization, land use, and public transit. Anthony earned an MPP from Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. He is a former Coro Fellow and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Berkeley.

  • Strategic Advisor

    Tiffany is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and currently works as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Adobe. Prior to business school, Tiffany was an Education Pioneers fellow at Beyond 12, where she was a data analyst and product manager working on education technology to increase the graduation rates for first-generation college students. She also worked at NewSchools Venture Fund, a nonprofit venture philanthropy firm that supports high-impact entrepreneurs improving the U.S. education system. Tiffany served on the Board of Directors for Oakland Unity Schools, volunteers for Princeton AlumniCorps, and has experience in technology, nonprofit development, and visual design.

    Iris is an HR executive who has held leadership positions in global businesses, software technology companies, and K-12 schools. She has extensive experience building people operations systems for a wide range of organizations, and is highly skilled at designing change management initiatives that inspire and retain team members. Iris holds an MBA and MEd from the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science from Pepperdine University. Iris is currently a People Partner at Figma.
